怎樣用英文點咖啡？

（本文以星巴克為例）。

輪到你點咖啡時，店員首先會問你的名字。如果你本來的名字不好拼，你可以隨便說個Mike或Amy即可。待會兒你咖啡好了，店員就會叫那個名字。

在具體點多大杯的咖啡時，星巴克有一套自己的術語，從小到大依次為：Tall（中盃）, Grande（大杯）, Venti（超大杯）, 以及Trenta（最後這個主要是冷飲）。

當然，你也可以直接說：small, medium, large, 或extra-large，店員肯定也是聽得懂的.

下面就是更具體的了，本文以三個例子加以說明，你可以在點單時活學活用。

1. I would like a tall decaf coffee with room.

我要中盃脫因咖啡，加奶。

這裡decaf是decaffeinated的簡稱，意為“脫因咖啡，去掉咖啡因的咖啡”，與之相反的是regular，即“普通杯，未脫因的咖啡”。如果你不特別說明，店員一般默認的是regular。

想加奶油或牛奶的話，需要說with room for cream，或者簡單說with room；有些店員會默認加奶油，而你想要不加奶油的，那你要說no room。

2. I would like a tall skinny latte with a double shot.

我要中盃脫脂拿鐵，加兩份濃縮。

例1中的屬於基礎咖啡（Basic Coffee），但星巴克還有很多招牌熱飲，比如espressos（濃縮咖啡）, lattes（拿鐵咖啡）, cappuccinos（卡布奇諾）, 和macchiatos（焦糖瑪奇朵）。最後面這三種還可以根據“牛奶中的脂肪含量”、“濃縮咖啡加量”和“是否脫因”而進一步劃分。

“牛奶脂肪含量”分為whole（全脂）, low fat (低脂，脂肪含量2%), 和skinny (脫脂，脂肪含量為0)。未加說明的話，默認給你全脂的。

“濃縮咖啡加量”分為single shot（一份）, double shot（兩份）, 和tripple shot（三份）。未加說明的話，中盃（Tall）一般默認加一份濃縮，大杯（Grande）和超大杯（Venti）默認加兩份濃縮。

3. I would like a grande decaf Mocha Frappuccino® Light.

我要大杯摩卡冷飲，脫因脫脂。

星巴克還提供各種咖啡冷飲，統稱Frappuccinos（星冰樂）。具體點單方式與例2中的情形差不多。但要注意的一點是，冷飲情況下，脫脂牛奶被稱為light，比如Caramel Frappuccino® Light（焦糖脫脂星冰樂）。

綜上，如果還是對各種咖啡的分類感到迷惑，那可以看看下面這張圖片。由該圖可知，各種咖啡都是以濃縮咖啡（espressos）打底，然後再配以不同其他成分。比如摩卡（Mocha）就是“濃縮咖啡+ 熱巧克力+ 熱牛奶（最上面也可以再加一層奶泡，foamed milk）”。
